Privacy notice for commercial requests.
This notice describes how information voluntarily submitted through the ASAP CLOUD contact form and commercial channels is used.
Data we receive
The form requests name, email, organization, optional phone, organization type, area of interest, timeline and context. We do not request passwords, credentials or third-party personal data.
Purpose
We use the information to understand the request, contact the sender, route the conversation and prepare an assessment, proposal or quotation when appropriate.
Channels and analytics
Form content is sent to the ASAP BUSINESS commercial channel. Names, emails, phones and request details are not incorporated into site analytics.
Security and abuse prevention
When the form is submitted, we may temporarily record the visible IP address, date and time, declared browser, referring page, anti-abuse verification result and a technical request identifier. This data is used only to limit automated requests, investigate incidents and protect the commercial channel. When Turnstile is enabled, Cloudflare also processes the security verification.
Retention and access
Information is retained for the time needed to handle the conversation and obligations resulting from a commercial relationship. Technical security logs are normally retained for up to 30 days unless they must be preserved to investigate an incident. You may request access, correction or deletion through the email below.
